MONA, a multifunctional property, is located in Munich’s Moosach district along Hanauerstraße. Due to the central ring road “Mittlerer Ring” as well as its own car park and internal connection to the public transport system, MONA is easily accessible in every respect.

As part of the redevelopment the established retail location will be further strengthened. Small-sized retail spaces are consolidated and synergy effects are achieved through an optimized passenger guidance within the property.

New retail store concepts combined with already existing local supply chains in the basement and a broad user structure in the upper floors ensures a diverse tenant mix in the future. In this way, MONA will meet the needs of both commercial users as well as those of local residents.
