New development of a commercial site in the up-and-coming south of Munich
At one of the most important public transport hubs in the south of Munich (BOB, MERIDIAN & Suburban railway stop “Siemenswerke”), an attractive new building ensemble is being constructed.
The project impresses with its architectural uniqueness from well-known New York architecture firm HWKN, its excellent connection to the public transport network, as well as with its diversity in the utilisation concept. In addition to future-proof office space, there will also be a large canteen with outdoor gastronomy, a barista bar, a café, light industrial areas, bicycle rooms with e-charging stations, showers and changing rooms, a day care centre and a museum space for the Linhof company, which is currently located on the site.
