ENVIRONMENT

We base each of our projects on strict sustainability criteria – from the consideration of embodied carbon in the existing building to the minimisation of operational carbon during operation. In doing so, we consider both the building materials used and the ongoing energy consumption. To evaluate measures, we use our models to determine the CO2 footprint. In this way, we create properties with a high value retention, whose positive impact is confirmed by independent certifications. We are a member of the DGNB and participate in initiatives such as GRESB and ECORE.

For us, sustainability in practice also refers to social interaction. That is why we attach great importance to respect, trust and fairness, both in our internal working life and externally in our cooperation with business partners and customers. Interaction at eye level, a harmonious working environment, flexibility for an optimal work-life balance – all these are essential guarantees for sustainable success. In our projects, we integrate components that support the emergence of communities and promote the preservation of social entities. In addition, we assume social responsibility for a better quality of life through social commitments.
