Before ACCUMULATA was founded in 1982, Hans Schlamp worked for Stadtsparkasse München in the area of property development financing. Hans Schlamp has around 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry and has realised numerous projects that have shaped the cityscape. Characterised by his pioneering spirit, he developed ACCUMULATA into one of the largest project development companies in Munich and the region. Hans Schlamp has an excellent network of contacts and is active, among other things, as a member of the expert committee of the City of Munich and as an expert advisor to the Expo Real trade fair.

In 1997, the lawyer Günter Koller and his partners founded GSK, a law firm specialising in real estate law and financial services. Since 2001, Günter Koller has been CEO of the family office Wilhelm von Finck Hauptverwaltung GmbH. He is a member of numerous supervisory and advisory boards, including Quantum Immobilien AG, SIGNA Group and Paramount Group.

Joachim Plesser has been shaping the German financial sector for decades and has held numerous management positions, including many years on the board of Eurohypo AG. He is a recognised capital market expert with a focus on real estate financing. Joachim Plesser is a member of the supervisory boards of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG and DIC Beteiligungs AG, among others.

The multiple award-winning chemist Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Wolfgang A. Herrmann was President of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) from 1995 to 2019. During his era, TUM was awarded the title of University of Excellence three times in a row. Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Wolfgang A. Herrmann is a recipient of the Leibniz Prize, holder of the Bavarian Order of Maximilian for Science and Art, member of the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, and was Chairman of the Future Council of Bavarian Industry until 2021. He is also Chairman of the Innovation Advisory Board to the Prime Minister of Saxony and Chairman of the Founding Advisory Board of the new German Centre Mobility of the Future.

Lawyer Klaus Schmitt brings more than 25 years of experience from the real estate industry in Germany and Europe. Most recently, Schmitt was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Patrizia AG. In 17 years at Patrizia, he played a significant role in developing the company into a leading pan-European asset manager. Prior to that, Schmitt held a responsible position at Siemens Real Estate GmbH & Co OHG.
