What is now part of every successful office property was visionary 20 years ago: Europe’s first leased office building built according to Feng Shui principles, combining state-of-the-art architecture and technology with traditional teachings. User well-being was clearly the focus of this project. The office location in the south-east of Munich convinces with very good public transportation connections and a mature environment. The innovative concept promoted the stand-alone position in the market, considering worker requirements while at the same time complying with the commercial regulations of an investor project.
