REDEVELOPMENT IN ONE OF GERMANY'S BUSIEST PEDESTRIAN ZONES

Kaufingerstrasse 11a and 13 as well as Fürstenfelder Strasse 1 and 3 in Munich are being transformed into a high-quality mixed-use building through a comprehensive redevelopment concept. Originally used as a C&A location, the building is now being transformed into a mixture of offices, retail, restaurants and flats. Office space on the upper floors will bring workplaces to the heart of Munich, while retail and catering will enliven the lower floors. The restructuring of the circulation cores maximises space efficiency and an atrium provides light in the office areas. The roof terrace with views of the Alps and the Frauenkirche are outstanding highlights. The project aims to bring life and work back to the city centre by ideally combining the historical appearance with modern usage requirements.
