REDEVELOPMENT OF A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT IN THE UP-AND-COMING NEIGHBOURHOOD OF OBERSENDLING NEAR THE "SIEMENSWERKE" SUBURBAN RAILWAY LINE
At one of the most important public transport hubs in the south of Munich (BOB, MERIDIAN & Suburban railway stop “Siemenswerke”), an attractive new building ensemble is being constructed that meets the requirements of modern, flexible working environments, sustainability and connectivity.
The project impresses with its architectural uniqueness from well-known New York architecture firm HWKN, its excellent connection to the public transport network, as well as with its diversity in the utilisation concept. In addition to future-proof office space, there will also be a large canteen with outdoor gastronomy, a barista bar, a café, light industrial areas, bicycle rooms with e-charging stations, showers and changing rooms, a day care centre and a museum space for the Linhof company, which is currently located on the site.
