The TakeOff office building is located in the centre of the exhibition grounds of Munich-Riem, opposite the main west entrance. In an optimal location directly on the lake, the building, designed in representative architecture, accommodates flexible floor plans, that can range from open space to individual offices. The design concept follows Feng Shui principles and achieves a harmonious quality of stay. The building is also DGNB-certified and the ideal infrastructure and excellent transport connections round off the overall positive image.
