THE VERSE at Munich Central Station will meet the highest demands of tenants and users for the neighbourhoods of the future. Thanks to its prominent location and size, ‘THE VERSE’ will be a central component of Munich’s new Central Business District, which is being created as part of the transformation of Munich’s main railway station district. The concept of the urban quarter is based on a multi-tenant letting strategy and includes measures to increase the third-party usability, efficiency, divisibility and flexibility of the rental space. This contributes to improving the ESG rating (target: LEED Platinum certificate) and reduces operating and management costs. In addition, ground floor and roof terrace uses will be optimised to strengthen the neighbourhood.
