Am Südpark

CONVERSION OF A FORMER COMMERCIAL DISTRICT INTO A NEW RESIDENTIAL AREA

In the course of a change in the development plan, the approx. 8 ha site in the south of Munich was converted to predominantly residential use. Around 1,100 flats were built, with green spaces and areas for social infrastructure. In the already existing SÜDWINK centre, supplementary areas for medical practices, offices, retail and student housing complete the new district. The project was developed in cooperation with a municipal housing association. The attractive location is within walking distance of Südpark and is very easy to reach by public transportation as well as by car.
