MIXED-USE ENSEMBLE IN CENTRAL LOCATION

The Motorama was originally built in the early 1970s as an automobile showroom. For more than 20 years it has been used as a local shopping centre with flats above. Due to its location on Rosenheimer Strasse, one of Munich’s main thoroughfares, the Motorama shapes the appearance of the surrounding area. The location opposite the Gasteig cultural centre and the in-building connection to the main suburban railway line allow for promising development opportunities.
